We have more of the Gluten-free flour with flaxseed & ancient grains. This was very popular several months ago, and sold out quickly. At $10.99 in the 5 lb. bag, this non-GMO flour product contains flax, chia, buckwheat & amaranth. And just in case you're wondering, 'buckwheat' isn't really a wheat at all. That's why it's GF.

Also in Aisle #9, we have 4.4 lb. bags (only $2.79!) of Masa Harina flour; made from corn, which also happens to be Gluten-free. Masa Harina is usually used for making white corn tortillas and tamales. Not simply a corn meal, Masa is made from corn soaked in calcium oxide/water solution from limestone aka "lime", dried and ground. This process actually increases the bio-availability of the amino acids and vitamin B3 in the corn.
So, the indigenous-Hispanic peoples have some nutrition savvy that goes back centuries.
