Vegan Alert!!! Chao Slices are a non-dairy cheese product made from coconut and a Vietnamese fermented tofu called "Chao". I'm not makin' this up, okay. Vegans will get it, so let your vegan friends know cuz we have have a bunch of this stuff!

Different from the block or shredded stuff, fresh mozzarella is very soft and packed in liquid (whey). It's extra creamy and melts wonderfully with a rich buttery flavor.
