This Sunflower & Red Palm oil is Certified Organic and Non GMO Verified. It is neutral flavored and great for frying without bringing an off taste to whatever you fry in it.
I tried it out last weekend with corn tortillas and quick saute'd asparagus, and give it a thumbs up!
The reddish color comes from the red palm oil being rich in omega 9. So this oil is healthy-- which is especially good for fried foods.
Anywhere else, this stuff can be spendy if you can even find it.
