We regularly stock flax milk by Good Karma who have just added a high protein version. So we now have that, plus regular, vanilla and unsweetened.
These items usually have longer expiration than dairy, so you can stock up on more without worry.
Currently, we have cashew and soy milk as well.
With more and more milk alternatives popping up, it looks like baby cows won't ever need to be concerned about shortages of the udder stuff.
