Quinoa Milk
Besides another coconut water item I just threw in above because it's new to the shelves, we also just got in a couple non-dairy "milk" type beverages.
Quinoa milk and hemp milk join the growing variety of non-dairy products including soy, rice, flax, almond, coconut and whatever else I'm forgetting here. So if you're lactose intolerant, vegan, have other issues with moo juice or just like to try new things, we have lots of options nowadays!
Both quinoa seeds and hemp seeds are considered to be complete proteins, high in minerals and low in fat. And the fats they do have are good kinds of fats.
